Scheduled an appointment, signed a contract. They were a no show, no call. I checked in with them once during the day because they had not shown up. Rep told me I was still scheduled for a technician to arrive by 4pm. Rep said that they may be running a little late. Called back at 5pm , representative then told me that I was not scheduled for a window of time on that day. I cancelled my contract. However, I wasted a lot of time and my pest problem still exists . One other thing that I thought was strange was when booking my appointment, the representative told me it would be good if I had a snack or something to drink waiting for the technician when he arrived. I thought he was joking until he let me know that he wasn’t. They have great reviews but my experience was not that great.

I just want to say that customer service when you call Berrett Pest Control is awesome . He was professional and set me up with the earliest date for their services . Super nice and patient with me.(I had kids screaming in the background) We’ve used Berrett since we moved in ,for spiders, scorpions, cicada wasps , silverfish and a few german roaches that showed up outside . They’re a great company and are very professional. The only reason that I gave four stars is because I have had a bit of a hard time getting someone to come during a certain time frame and calling before showing . They showed up while I was gone , therefore I had to wait another week for another opening . Other than that, I highly recommend using them .

I have had a great experience with Emily who helped me on a short, but thorough phone conversation regarding another inside and outside (in between) spray besides our quarterly service that we have. Emily was attentive, professional, polite, helpful and very respectful in helping me with the scheduling of our service technician, Adam. She explained to me that he was booked up until 4 days out. I wasn't at all upset nor did this affect me negatively because this tells me as a company, which of whom provide many services to their customers, are BUSY! This, to me, is great news. It tells me that they are busy with handling other customers and providing the same exact services as myself as a customer. This provides me with respect and knowledge that I know other customers are going to get the same professional, prompt and great customer care to their pest problems. It is to go without saying, but I will say it anyway: I am very satisfied and happy to have signed up with Barrett Pest's Services last year and I'm very proud to have this company and their employees to help maintain a great outdoor (and indoor) experience with my family without having to worry about the abundance of pests that we have on our 5.5 acres. Customer service with this company allows me to have peace of mind and comfort just in the sound of care in their voices/tone and urgency of any calls, emails, texts or any concerns because not only do they provide these much needed services, but they'll also follow up and make sure the job was done to our satisfaction as well as if their technician was on time, professional, and willing to provide information or answer any of my questions I may have about the work he did. (Adam has always been a great technician!) That, to me, means a a great deal when it comes to hiring a service to be done. Thank you for all of the hard work that y'all do, even if it's customer service over the phone. Keep up the great work!

I called Berrett yesterday because we had a few wasps get in the house (in a bathroom). The person on the phone was very kind and set us up for next day service on a Saturday. Adrian was able to get to us before noon, spray our entire house, and did brainstorm on a few ways the wasps could have gotten in. I have to admit I was disappointed that he didn't seem to fix the wasp problem (as evidenced by another wasp appearing in the same area within hours of his visit). So, I followed up with the office, and they sent a specialty tech Monday morning. He was able to look at the area, trace it to the vent outside, kill the small nest he found there, and mount a mesh screen over the vent. Problem is hopefully solved, and we will continue with the quarterly visits because a general shield should be helpful in any event.
