Terminex came out three times, quotes us over $3000 and never did anything to solve or help solve our issue with potential rodents under the house. Better Way Pest Control came out same week I sent a inquiry, answered all my questions, explained what they were doing and told me call or text if we have any other issues before they come back for the quarterly service. Highly recommend!!

I love these men!!! They are patient with all my questions. They didn't use my desperate need of service to over charge me at all. (And as a woman it happens more than we admit). I feel confident to go back home with my elderly mother. The communication was wonderful. I knew exactly what needed to be done by me and what they were doing at every step of the way. I love that is a local and family owned business. I would absolutely call them again for any pest probably ..
