Patrick showed up in a timely manner and was friendly and polite. He explained the procedures and what to expect. He was patient and wasn’t in a rush to get to his next appointment and he seemed to genuinely want to help solve my problem. I had a problem with bees and so far it seems that the treatment worked. I would use this company/Patrick again and would recommend to others.

Randy arrived early and inspected the onsite wasp issue in the backyard. He provided an initial assessment and got straight to work. Video evidence was also shared with me after service completion. While the price might seem steep, the results are worth it! Don't risk getting stung and being overwhelmed by wasp swarms. Call a professional!

Patrick was early, very patient, professional, and wore shoe coverings as soon as he came into the home. He did the inspection and pointed out we had a moisture problem in the bathroom as well which helped us to get the right people to come and fix it. The company was able to provide services the same day and I will use their ongoing maintenance plan for our house. Very happy with the overall service that this company provided us.

I had been dissatisfied with my Orkin service so I decided to try a local company. We had been having problems with mice that was never fully resolved. Randy was very thorough, looking for any gaps or crevices they could use to get in and travel about the home. He spent a good couple of hours going through the house and placing traps and baits and sealing where needed. He also took great care in not placing traps or baits where our small dog might get to it. He also looked all about the outside and sealed any gaps or crevices he identified as possible entry points as well. I was very impressed with how thorough he was. Definitely went above and beyond any of my prior experience with other pest control companies. I am very glad I called BHB Pest Elimination service. I wish I would have called them sooner!
