Matt D #82 is amazing! He’s been our primary tech for a while and is so kind and thorough. I’m disabled and he’s great about making sure I don’t have to stress about moving anything for him to get to the traps or for spraying. I’m very happy to report that our rat and mouse problem is gone and our ant problem has all but disappeared! When the problems started, our first call was to Big Blue Bug because we knew they’d get the job done quickly and efficiently. Extremely happy with their service! Thank you Big Blue Bug! Vincent is always great to work with. He it thorough and explains everything he's doing, why he does it that way and how to maintain it or little things we can do to keep the mice out.

Chris D came to my house to deal with hornets going into corner side panel on the outside of house. He explained what he found and the procedure he would use to take care of the situation. He was very nice and informative and answered all my questions. I would recommend him highly. I was very pleased with the service and personality of Chris.

We had a really big, inaccessible yellowjacket nest. Chris took care of it. He was great. He knew what he was doing, carefully explained to us what he was doing and what we should do afterwards, and went out of his way to make sure that we wouldn’t get stung after the treatment was done.

Chris D was amazing, took his time, explained a lot to me... and was extremely considerate of where everything was placed. Within days, dramatic decrease with my mouse issues... nearly two weeks later it seems to be almost gone. I have my sanity back!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!

Had a great experience with Zach removing a huge wasps nest from a bush today! Would definitely recommend him to anyone having issues with wasps!!

Vince was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything as he went along, talked through nexts steps, and was extremely professional. He wore shoe covers to protect the floors, check to make sure it was ok before entering new spaces, and was very thorough making sure to ask questions to fully understand what the issue was and make sure treatments were kid friendly too. Vince was great and gave us peace of mind around our pest issues.
