The inspector (Scott) was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail, which gave me a much better understanding of what was going on around my home. He was professional, thorough, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. I got a lot of great information out of the visit and really appreciated the honest approach. I’ll definitely be calling him in the future if I need any treatments and I absolutely recommend him to anyone needing a termite inspection!

After a large corporate pest company left us unimpressed during a bug crisis, I called around to about 10 different bug companies to try to find help. Karen spoke with me on the phone and spent 15 min giving me information and advice (at no charge and never pressured me to sign up for service). She helped me more in 15 minutes than our normal company helped in 3 home visits. We immediately switched over and just had our first home visit with Bill's today. Our tech, Fantasia, was amazing. If I hadn't already signed up for recurring service, she would have convinced me. I have been so impressed by everyone so far that I have dealt with. I had called Scott for a second opinion on my home. Scott did an amazing job educating me on termites. He took the time to show me how the treatment was going to be done around my home and what product was going to be used. Although I didn't end up using Bill's pest and termite, due to already having a warranty elsewhere, I'd like to say their plan of treatment and reasonable pricing is a company I definitely would've went with.

Bill's came out for a free termite and general pest inspection. Bobby, the technician, came out and checked everything just for preventative maintenance. No issues were found. He was very informative and helpful. Said we were already doing everything he would recommend, and would just recommend having a termite inspection once a year. Thanks

We had 4 companies come out and give us quotes for active termites. Rep was very knowledgeable, but when they sent the quote, it was for a cheaper termicide (centerfire 75 WSP), that doesn't last as long as the "gold standard", Termidor (5-7 years for Centerfire, versus up to 10 for Termidor). All the other companies quoted Termidor, and a couple gave 2 options (with Termidor and another less expensive option), but Bill's only quoted Centerfire, and didn't provide any explanation/options. We decided to go with another company. UofA research shows fipronil (Termidor) is more effective than imidacloprid (Centerfire, which is generic version of Premise).

We hired Bill's Pest Control to help us with a 'out of control' pigeon problem on our property. We are about half way through the project and so far are very pleased with the results. Special mention of the two techs working the job, Jon and Travis. Both have demonstrated knowledge, professionalism, efficiency and congeniality. It is a pleasure knowing them and working with them.

Bobby was great. Being new to Arizona, he explained what i thought were issues of rodent and termite. He was honest and didn't try to sell me anything since I didn't have any issue after all. And no charge for the visit but I did leave a tip. He suggested a future inspection. Will definitely use Bill's Pest Service if needed in the future.

Fantasia stopped by to assess a rodent situation after my partner noticed one in the backyard. Fantasia didn't notice any obvious signs of infestation, but decided to leave a trap behind just to see. After a week, and nothing in the trap, she came back to pick it up. Many companies will overcharge you for services you don't need, and this company did not. For this reason, they will be my first call if/when I need these services, and will be the first company I recommend to friends, family, and colleagues. Fantasia was also extremely friendly, professional, and great with my dogs. Thank you!

Bill’s pest control was very responsive via text prior to my treatment; I appreciate that. This was my first experience having to hire someone, I had a major issue with crickets inside my home and could not sleep anymore due to the very loud sounds. Andres was punctual and communicative, efficient, and friendly. It took about four days to be effective, I was told it could take up to 10. Now I am sleeping beautifully. After Bill’s treated my house for termites, I didn’t find any more for 8 years. So when I found a small mud tube on the house recently, I went with Bill’s again.
