Black Diamond Pest Control has taken care of our personal home as well as several properties that we manage through our property management company (Richfield Property Management) for several years now. He explained what he was doing and what results I could expect. In addition, he advised that if the treatment was not satisfactory after a while, I could call for a reapplication before my next scheduled treatment.
