I had a wonderful all-around experience with this company. They came out the same day within 2 hours after me calling three other companies who either told me they didn't service my area or didn't return my call. The technician was amazing, super friendly and knowledgeable. He did an extremely thorough job as well and reassured me that if there were any issues they would be back, to just call and let them know. I haven't had service this good in a long, long time so thank you so much for being an exceptional company!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this company and especially our service provider, Billy H. Major props to the supervisor who called me himself, spent 20 minutes on the phone patiently answering every question I had, giving me confidence in the procedures, and even gave me his personal line should I have any additional questions. This was very thoughtful and put me at ease. Billy H was an extraordinarily kind human the day he came out to perform the service, took his time, never hesitated to answer one of my (many) questions, and really sought to understand every detail and every one of our concerns. He treated us like family, which put me even more at ease. I will undoubtedly continue service with Black Diamond (and request Billy personally) because I am confident that no matter what needs arise, they will be there to help tackle it - not many an already difficult situation worse like some businesses. We used Black Diamond from 2019-2025 for mosquito treatments. There was a significant culture shift when the old manager, Amanda, left but we wanted to give the new manager a chance. However, since that management shift we had to have them come back between nearly every treatment because the product wasn’t working due to improper application procedures. It would often take several weeks for the trouble call to be completed, and we’d end up with multiple treatments in the same month as a result. We had a treatment done August 5th or 6th and they came BACK out today (08/28) and told me they’d charge us a “cancellation fee,” despite showing up with no warning and the wrong equipment for the job because both backpack sprayers were allegedly broken. However, it turns out that our treatment was kept on the schedule to get the second guy that Larry was with “more hours,” (Larry’s exact words were ‘hey man, I’m just trying to get you more hours. You can hang out with me tomorrow too,’ which I heard when I was walking back to my vehicle after opening the gate for them.) That second guy walked around with his hands in his pockets on our property the entirety of the time Larry “treated” our yard. Genuinely, super disheartened because we really liked having Dustin, Billy and Amanda to rely on but the new manager and the recent hires are absolutely lacking major customer service skills and the capabilities to follow the proper mixture and application processes. Junior needs to get a better handle on things at this branch because it’s quite clear they’re running it into the ground. Update— let me be crystal clear, calling multiple times over two days to rehash the issues does not SOLVE the problem when you’re continuing to gaslight and belittle your customer about services received, not putting in call-tickets when you’re on the way and not appropriately doing the job you’re being paid to do is highly inappropriate and once again- unprofessional. Active listening goes a long way rather than just waiting for your turn to speak and rattle off the response you’re waiting to deliver, William.

We have been using Black Diamond service for a couple of years. Their service and the technicians are top notch! Always answers any concerns we have and they are on top of taking care of insects in our house! Thank you Chris H for you wonderful service!

Chris H. was a very professional and helpful employee who provided us with a comfortable experience. He communicated with us throughout the entire process, which made us feel very at ease. He also helped treat the drain flies we were dealing with, as well as some ants. I highly recommend Chris H. for any of your exterminator needs. The office staff are very professional as well, especially with answering calls and communication !

I had Black Diamond come to my property today to treat a few units for roaches. I have to say that Colan S. the technician did an AMAZING job!!! He was very thorough in each unit. If I could get him to service our property every time that would be great, however, I know that cannot happen. Colan was very up front, cordial and professional. If I could give him 10 stars I would have. I would also like to give a shout out to James M, since he has come on board I am seeing a lot of good things happening. Keep it up guys!!!!!

The technician from Black Diamond really impressed me today. He showed up with a great attitude, treated my home with respect, and talked to me like a real person — not just another job on his list. He took his time, explained everything in a calm, friendly way, and you could see he truly cared about doing things right. Watching him work, it was clear he takes pride in what he does, and that meant a lot to me.
