Joe came out a year ago when I called about a raccoon problem in the yard. He explained the process of removal very clearly, and obviously cared about both my concerns and the well-being of the raccoons. He came back promptly to check the traps to alleviate the raccoons' stress as well as mine. When I heard the possible scratching of squirrels in the attic, I called Joe again. He came very quickly in spite of a busy schedule, took time to assess the possible access points, thoroughly checked the attic, and took pictures. He took time to let me know my new insulation looked good (reassuring!), that there were no entry points, or other concerns. I appreciate his honesty, patience, and careful work. Of course, I hope to not need wildlife control, but will most definitely call Blue Tick Pest & Wildlife again should the need arise. Great company to do business with!

Joe from Blue Tick Pest Control is the best! My husband and I had an emergency rat situation that was discovered during inspection for our home sale. I must have contacted ten different companies prior to getting Joe’s contact information. I was getting really frustrated because all needed to do a consult first. This was a standalone situation as we had a very fast closing for our sale. Joe was friendly and very organized. He was able to come to our house the very next morning and let me know when he was 15 minutes away. After Joe arrived, he quickly dealt with our problem and let me get back to packing boxes. What I so appreciate about his business is he isn’t trying to force homeowners into a long term contract. Homeowners can hire him as we did, for a one time situation, or month to month. Great local business and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Joe was such a knowledgeable professional. He had excellent advice about our structures, and the animal behavior that might be specific to our home. He was a pleasure to talk to in person and it is evident that he has extensive experience with raccoons, rodents, and other wildlife on the front range.

I called today and got the best advice from Joe. He was really nice and easy to talk to. He gave me good advice and saved me from spending a ton of money. I would absolutely trust him and recommend him!

When I called, Joe answered the phone and I knew I was dealing directly with the proprietor of this business, not some referral call center in a far away land. He immediately understood my problem--a skunk getting ready to burrow a den to nest right outside by bedroom window! But because the skunk was on my property, and not within my house structure, Colorado law is picky about how this can be done, and Joe knew how to handle it. He did exactly what he said he would do, was punctual in setting and checking the traps everyday and is an all-around good guy. This is a locally owned company you want to do business with. Highly recommended!

Upon initial visit on a cold snowy day, the property was assessed and a pregnant raccoon was found. A subsequent visit was scheduled on a warmer day to allow safe eviction. The Baby raccoons were humanely evicted to a safe location. The visit was detail oriented and thorough. Received a lot useful information. Joe is rude. I understand that these guys do not provide free services as it clearly states that on their website. I called to see if I can get information from them to see if they could possibly get me to the right place OR they could possibly quote me on how much it would be for what I needed. I tried explaining what had happened front the start to see if that would change who I needed to talk to but he cut me off and just said “wrong number, Wrong number” and did not give me a chance to explain or even ask anything else and argued with me. I don’t appreciate being cut off or being spoken to the way Joe did. I wanted to give them a chance because their website seemed very informative and I thought they would be even more helpful in person.

Had them out to go over pest mitigation for an upcoming remodel, he went over the structure and pointed out how and where to seal, what products work well and how to bait. He provided a whole wealth of knowledge on rodent behavior. I'd definitely use blue tick again!
