Scott was so kind and helpful! He came out and showed me how to help with a mole problem in my yard. I cannot say enough good things about BOGO. I’ve contacted them a few times over the years and they always help and teach ways for me to handle the problem myself. They really want to set their clients up for success!

They are great. We have a maintenance plan with them so they are out here four times a year. We signed up with BOGO four years ago and what a difference our outdoor space has been. I can sit outside with no insects attacking me. Also, we don’t have that army of ants that used to show up every spring/summer. Definitely recommend if you prefer to enjoy indoors and outdoors. Also, all their technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. Great company!

We have used too many other pest control companies that didn't fully inspect for entry points for mice and wanted to put down lots of poison. BOGO has a much better approach, which is to thoroughly inspect for entry points and seal them while spending considerable time to do so. The proof of their work is the reduction in the number of mice caught in traps in my finished crawl space. We only had two mice from July (first BOGO visit) to December (second BOGO visit to re-inspect and more sealing of entry points). No mice since the last visit in mid-December. This is great work by BOGO. I won't tell you how many I would trap most winters, since it would upset my spouse if she knew the substantial number (she prefers me to just dispose of them and pass on telling her the amount trapped). I strongly recommend BOGO Pest Control! And I love that they never asked for a Google review, like so many service providers do these days before they leave. But I am very pleased to provide one and strongly recommend them!

I used Bogo Pest Control in 2024 for both wasp nest and mouse treatments—both of which were quite expensive. Recently, I reached out again for another wasp issue and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The way they explained the service this time was completely different from last year, yet they insisted that all this information had been shared with me before and that I had simply forgotten. I find that hard to believe, as I’m someone who asks a lot of questions and likes to understand what I’m paying for. During the call, they repeated the same explanation verbatim four times, even after I said I understood. It felt dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, I’m frustrated and no longer feel confident in their service. I would not recommend them.
