I have been using BPM since we purchased our house in 2013. Best decision ever made! Jay and his team have been providing us with excellent service. I now have we a 2 year old little girl and 6 year old schnauzer. What he uses to fumigate is hospital grade and non toxic for kids and dogs. There hasn’t been an issue that we’ve had that he hasn’t been able to address. With our busy schedules we tend to forget about scheduling our quarterly services, but Claudia at BPM is ahead of the game and makes sure to call or send a text and accommodate services to our convenience. We have used BPM for about 5 years. Jay and his team provide an exceptional service. Our home is almost always pest-free, and if I ever happen to see a pest, Ethan comes out right away to treat the issue. They are great at identification and treatment and are relentless at getting it right. Jay has also installed beautiful guards along the soffits to keep pests from getting in the roof—but they look nice!
