    Our service address is in Orlando and the technician is Jim. He is extremely disrespectful, comes in being obnoxious while the baby is asleep, getting the dog anxious and rowdy, I asked him not to do those things numerous times prior but thank God we parted ways. He doesnt gove even a 24 hours notice and then when fired and asked to leave the property, hours later, dcfs is at my doorstep with false child abuse claims and mentioning the litter boxes( which are in separate rooms so no one knows expect the bug guy!) If this is the service you'd like, be my guest , but this isn't the last they'll be hearing from me.

    Jim, our lovely( so very sarcastic) bug person is the most disrespectful person there is. I had a baby 14 months ago and he has been a complete nightmare to deal with. Not even 24 hour notice, gets the dog barking as soon as I get baby down and says " thats why we ran a vacuum while they slept back in my day" If you want to be disrespected as soon as you walk in the door be my guest. And then threatens to fight my boyfriend on his way out, I call the number on the side of the truck, even after claiming he owns the company and they say we canceled your account, I said OK but I want someone to know of how I was treated when he was on my property and they hung up. If thats the service you want, be my guest. I have video and phone recordings because of situations exactly like this. They no longer want to talk to me so hopefully this helps decide if this is the company for you. Good riddance and posting every where I can think of

    After 33 years with Brandon Pest Control, a decision was made to go with the Annual Service. Cost for our Annual would be $450. On Friday, March 7, 2025, service technician, Michael Nunn came to our home to do the service. I questioned Michael as to what exactly would he be doing, making sure I understood. This is the services Michael told me he would be doing….. 1. Spray and leave granules on outside perimeter 2. Spray or bait around windows and baseboards 3. Bait under kitchen sink, pantry and under bathroom sinks. 4. Remove some receptacles near water to spray, as this helps to eliminate pests before they get into home. 5. Attic…..will leave granules (I have 2 attics, one in garage and one inside home) Michael said inside attic was not necessary. Initially, he did not mention servicing either attic. I let him know when I spoke to Candy to schedule appt. She went over some service areas and said the attics would be dusted. Michael, at this time, replied “he doesn’t dust attics”, but leaves granules instead. Monday, March 10, 2025 our home was inspected by Marco, supervisor. His findings and conclusions…… 1. NO bait under kitchen sink, pantry 2. NO granules in attic 2. NO bait located anywhere Marco let me know that “we were taken advantage of”, basically Michael didn’t do his job! I questioned Marco “I wonder how many other customers were taken advantage of by Michael Nunn. You pay for a service, you expect it to be done correctly. Also, what is Michael doing with the pesticide bait and granules that he wrote on the invoice that he used, but actually did not? I was visibly upset knowing that I paid $450 for basically nothing! I stopped payment on my check. After 33 years of being a loyal customer to Brandon Pest Control …..I don’t trust them. Integrity, Honesty and customer Service …..what happened? CT

    Marco from Brandon Pest Control came out and provided the most comprehensive free termite inspection to date. He checked the attic, the entire garage, my bedrooms, all while answering my numerous questions during his inspection (no termites found yay!). He is kind, courteous, and handles himself like a total professional. He also explained to me Brandon Pest Control's business model. Their techs all go out to do the estimates (no sales reps trying to make their numbers via up-selling). That same tech also comes out and does the work. We will be hiring Brandon Pest Control / Marco to do the 10yr Termidor termite prevention (trench and pour) along with the annual termite inspection.

    We had Brandon Pest control come to my office for consultation on a termite issue, Marco was amazing. He was so polite, informative and knowledgeable. Felt very comfortable talking with him (This is important for a women) Even though they were not able to help with our problem, he referred us to someone who could. He also went above and beyond to make sure we understood what was going on and all of our options. I was so pleased with Marco and Brandon Pest control i am setting up bi-monthly pest prevention for my home in North Lakeland. Yes they even have a office in Lakeland. How awesome.
