Dylan, quite frankly, has been the best in his response time and care of our property. He works diligently and with intention providing the best outcome in our pest control. I prefer and have noted on our account that he is the service rep we prefer to do the work on our property. Thank you Brooks for making sure that happens. Dylan is one of your best.

Our Brooks Pest Tech, Alex, was really awesome today. I wanted some specific places sprayed and he did it all with a smile. He even opened the doors to spray in the corners. At the end of the service he looked at me directly and with a smile, asked if I was sure there were any problem areas he didn’t address? He did everything asked and more, so of course there wasn’t. He was a really pleasant and professional man. Awesome customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been using them for a few months now. Nothing they have done has worked. Im pretty sure they just spray water. The technician they send out can not answer any of my questions. They told me I could cancel whenever I want. Their service DO NOT WORK so I went to cancel and now they want to charge me over $200. PLEASE USE A DIFFERENT COMAPNY.

Conner came out and did an awesome job surveying the property, placing traps where needed (even under the house in 100 degree weather, sorry and thank you for that!). He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We just started service with Brooks but it’s a great start, thank you
