When they came into my neighborhood and from the time I was sold the contract everything was completely professional. After scheduling the tech come out the the very next day.Everyone was completely professional. Today they came out there to spray and treat the inside and outside of our property and when I tell you we already see dead bugs within Just a few hours of him leaving was insane. I really Hope they continue on providing good service because I was really impressed with them today and the tech that came out here by the name of forest was extremely patient and willing to meet every need that I asked him to. You guys really need to check them out they’re awesome❤️. keep up the good work

My experience with Brooks Pest Solutions has been absolutely horrendous. I was sold on the promise of having a mosquito free backyard. Saying that one of my neighbors has had great success. It sounded wonderful at the time. After two services, I started to question myself on how long would it take to see any results. I figured that it would take time, but after 6 weeks, I became a little skeptical. I called customer service several times. At first they told me it would take at least two months. I'm a patient person, so I waited another month, but no results. I called again and was told that a more experienced technician would perform the service. I agreed, but nothing changed. I called to cancel my service knowing that there's a $200+ cancellation fee. I was told that a manager would come to my property and assess the situation. I still want a mosquito-free backyard, so I budged. The "manager" sprayed a different product on my yard and mosquitoes were visibly less... for two days! And then I was back at square one. I called again to cancel. I was told that the person that serviced my backyard was not the manager, but they were willing to send the actual manager this time. I was very reluctant, but agreed because they promised to waive the cancellation fee if it didn't work. The actual manager came to assess the situation and was very candid. He said that I would not have a mosquito-free yard with the service they provide. He told me that sales people tend to over-promise in order to secure the sale. He advised not to perform the service and would call the office to let them know about the cancellation. Two days after I called customer service again to cancel the contract. The customer service representative was up to speed because he read all of the notes regarding my account. He then talked to his manager and decided to not honor the cancellation fee waiver, because I supposedly refused service and turned away the manager at the door. Which was a lie. The manager advised not to perform the service. They refused to waive the cancellation fee because the service was not performed and promised again to waive the cancellation fee if I let them perform another service. I didn't want to pay $236, so I budged again. After a few days later, the service is performed. Same thing, there are visibly less mosquitoes for a few days and then back to normal. I called again to cancel the service, foolishly thinking that they would honor the cancellation fee waiver this time. NO sir, they want to send somebody else to perform another service and then, this time they would honor the cancellation fee waiver. I said no, this time. I suspect their plan is just stalling and hoping that winter takes care of the mosquitoes while they keep collecting my money. Absolute pain to deal with this unscrupulous company. I'm gladly paying $236 just not to hear from them again.

Fantastic service! Anthony came out and spent a full hour making sure everything was treated properly. He was professional, friendly, and very thorough. I already feel more at ease in my home thanks to his attention to detail. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends and family.

Our technician today Kyle was very nice quickly but thoroughly completing the service. Next time I'll need to see if they can give me a smaller time frame window for the service appointment. 8 to 5 and they came 30 min to 5 so I spent whole day waiting.

Darian the pest control guy,was very nice and friendly.He was on time and very professional. He sprayed everywhere i asked him to I was very pleased with his service. I would definitely want him to return to spray in three months. I highly recommend Darian to spray your home,if needed.And the price of this job was very affordable. I highly recommend Brooks Pest Control.

Amazing pest control service. This was exactly what my husband and I were looking for. We tried everything as far as bait, and keeping our homestead clean on a daily basis. Our tech new exactly what to do and within just a few hours subsequent to the treatment, the results have made a difference that exceeded my expectations. We are greatful that we went with this company and it was worth every cent!

Jaylin did an amazing job today. He explained everything thoroughly. Answered all of my questions and didn’t make me feel like he was going to do quick job and get out because he had other customers waiting. This was our first experience and will definitely use them again.

Anthony was absolutely the best. It’s my first time ever using any pest control service and he was very informative and answered all my questions. He was very thorough explaining what he was doing. I will definitely be requesting him for my future appointments.

Juan was a great technician. Really took his time in spraying around inside and outside mine and my husbands house. He did an amazing job in letting us know what he was going to do and was in and out and everything was done great.

John came out and explained everything he was going to do. He took great pride in his work. He sprayed the whole house making sure to get all the rooms. He sat mouse traps and said I would catch something today and within an hour I did. I highly recommend him and will be asking for him to be our regular service man.
