We just purchased our home at the end of October. This company was one of a few that were highly recommended as a great inspection company. Well, let me tell you, we paid for the 4 point inspection (most costly) and as soon as we moved in, we found nothing but problems in our house. The biggest one we found was a wet wall in our master bathroom closet, which looks like it was from a leak somewhere that we now have to find, another was replacing the water heater on the 2nd day we were moving our stuff over, mold behind the dishwasher, and I feel like everyday we find something. I even contacted the company about the water heater and they told me when they inspected it they saw no leaks 😡 Our whole garage was flooded!!! The picture I'm showing is of the master bathroom closet 😨😭 Very disappointing!!!

I had been referred by my realtor to this company, and had no prior relationship with them. David was the inspector for the house I was looking at buying. He was on time, and very knowledgeable on everything from the pool to wind mitigation. He walked through the entire house with me, and explained to me issues, and ways to resolve them. He also was very kind and all around just a nice person. I really felt comfortable and confident with his inspection. Once we finished the inspection he sent me a full detailed report with pictures he had taken. I will most definitely refer friends and call them first for any services I need in the future. The only thing I could give as constructive feedback is the digital camera used is a little blurry on shots, but all of the primary shots of issues are clear and understandable. I also saw he took multiple shots and used a flash to make sure he got clear images in most cases.
