Today I had the best experience with Bug Busters. I rarely do reviews of companies but I was compelled to do this one because of the employees that assisted me today. I needed a last minute termite inspection letter for a closing and called Bug Busters along with several other companies in the Atlanta area. Laura was so helpful and patient with me. She understood the urgency of needing a sane day inspection and gave me her extension as I attempted to navigate the best time frame for a technician to come out. She gave me upfront costs as well as a range for the possible additional costs. No other company (including the big ones) could give me a definitive number or estimate. Her estimate made me feel confident in choosing Bug Busters. What blew me over was when John, the technician, finished before my scheduled time and was able to send my termite letter prior to closing. John was very thorough and knowledgeable about pest control. Also, he told me information that will help with my future home addition. This is the experience I hope for when I support a company.
