He was kind, respectful, and truly a joy to have in our home. He really knows his stuff — any questions I had, he was more than willing to answer and explained everything clearly, including what to do and what to expect. I especially appreciated that he took the time to reassure me that the product used was safe for my pets and my 9-month-old baby. It gave me such peace of mind! Chris was our Technician today, and he was great. He texted to confirm the date and texted again to let me know he was on his way. He also answered texts, no robo-texting. Chris was professional, friendly and thorough. He took the time to understand concerns and explain things I can do as well. He went above and beyond when I told him the beetles have been a problem for years as well as taking care of other potential problems like ants.
