David C. Took such good care of me, he’s not even done with the service yet and I’m writing the review. I had a flea issue in my home due to opossums living under a pier and beam foundation. David showed up on time and with the calm demeanor I needed to help me feel good about the situation. He walked through the property with me, asked the right questions and talked me through the entire process. He gave me such peace of mind and I'm so relieved this is being taken care of properly. I am so grateful!!!

Great education from Steven.... was honest and thoughtful... very effective with spraying and baiting.... thorough with outlets and all points of hiding... he is respectful of my situation of the bugs and made me feel confident that I could follow up with him. Steve was very thorough and went through each room with our concerns. While it was embarrassing to know many of the items we saw were fuzz, we did find a few things. Even though we were unable to find out what is biting us, I do feel Steve was thorough and helpful. I’m glad that he will be doing the service on our house as I trust he will do a good job.

Every single person I have encountered with this company (Emiliano, Jacob, Emily, Alan and Sam) has been a shining example of great customer service. They scheduled me quickly following my frantic call regarding a termite swarm inside my new (to us) home, they followed up with me to make sure my needs were met and I received a phone call from the owner himself to express his empathy for my situation and he promised to take care of it and my family. Sam came out today and provided me with ease of mind that the problem is taken care of. He provided great knowledge and tips regarding insects, pest control and what to expect after treatment was applied. 10/10 on making this such an easy going experience.

Steve was the technician that provided service at my residence today. He was punctual, communicative, and extremely thorough in his service. He explained his findings and how they were treated, if merited. Hornets nets were treated and removed. Their locations were identified. He was very professional and well versed in his work. His customer service was exemplary!

I've been using BugCo for a year now. These folks are great! Our scheduled services are every 3 months. Even when we have our breakouts, they are at our business in a day or two and treating the problem. Bugco does an A+ job of keeping the pests out of our space. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!
