After a slight delay in connecting BugPro went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I own a duplex and my renter called with an ant issue. After several calls to other places and them trying to sign up for an expensive annual treatment program (for ants and a bunch of other things I didn't need) I contacted BugPro. Once we connected, Dereck worked directly with my renter to schedule a mutually agreeable time to do the treatment (on a weekend!). In the end, the ant problem was addressed, my renter was happy and I didn't have to waste a bunch of time to ensure it got done (and at a very reasonable cost). I can't ask for anything more!

So happy with the service. This is our second year with BugPro and we have had NO problems. There is a reason why they have 5-star reviews. They are thorough and easy to work with. Their prices are fair, all communications have been so friendly, and, most importantly, we aren't having to deal with pesky mosquitoes or ticks.
