I've used bbg for the last 3 years. They come in the spring for a preemptive spray guaranteed for the entire summer. If a hive forms, they come back to eliminate it at no cost. First 2 years never needed them to return. This year they came back 3 times at no cost. The bee activity this year was incredible and bbg took great care of us!

Service was quick and worked just as the gentlemen said it would! They were at my door the same day I called! I had two large yellow jacket nests, one in the front near an entry and one in the back near an entry. Thank you Bugs Bee Gone!

I had a bee/wasp nest in my shed. They showed up on the day expected. We opened shed & it was gone, he says this happens alot. Not to worry & no charge. Wonderful service,will use them again.

We had an inground yellow jackets nest at the side of my house. Mike showed up within hours and took care of it, and walked around the outside of the house to make sure no other issues. I highly recommend!

Lack of reliability and poor communication holds this company back from being good. We had scheduled services on a few occasions where the technician never showed up. No call, no text, and no reply the day of nobody coming out to our home. This is a big problem especially when coordinating animals being secured for spraying. Not to mention these services are paid in a lump sum up front so they already collected full payment. I can’t recommend their services due to serious lack of accountability after already being paid for services.
