Aaron C is awesome! I wasn’t available for the scheduled service we had last week, but I was there today for the follow up visit and Aaron was able to answer all my questions and offer solutions. I was provided enough information to help make an informed decision and determine if it’s something I can work into my budget. We've used Bulwark for the past 20 years... every house, apartment and even our business. The techs are always professional and friendly and we 100% depend on them to keep all bugs away! (top on the list...scorpions, spiders and wasps/bees) We especially want to recognize Ian. With Ian, it’s never just a “spray and go” visit. He takes the time to inspect... hidden wasp nests under decks and stair rails...things we wouldn’t have even noticed ourselves. That kind of attention to detail means so much to us! Joshua Anderson came out and did my daughter’s house yesterday, hands down such a fantastic, thorough, and pleasant person to be around. He educated me on certain pests I had questions about, he even gave my dogs treats!! lol he is fantastic! I would highly recommend Bulwark to friends and family. Aaron was great! My first service with Bulwark went better than I expected. When our other company sold to Bulwark, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I am very pleased and look forward to having them take care of my home. After meeting Aaron and seeing how he worked with me and explained the service they would provide, I called and requested him as my dedicated "bug guy".

My service pro, Cassie Bennett has provided seller customer service to me for the last few years. She always follows my particular instructions carefully and she's always friendly and thorough. Cassie checks to make sure if there's anything additional she can do for me when she's done with the routine service and executes my additional requests with a smile. If she sees I'm in need of additional services that Bulwark provides like weed control, then she will suggest it. She also lets me know about any suggestions or issues that she noticed and/or treated.

I highly recommend this exterminating company. They do a great job. Today we had the pleasure of having Jon W. spray our home inside & out. He was attentive, friendly and caring. Hope all your service technicians are like him. Thank you, Jon!

I've enjoyed using Bulwark for several years now to manage the insects and rodents around our home. John Dwyer was out here recently. With his pleasant demeanor, he answered our questions and took care of everything. And I realize it's a small thing, but I liked that he provided a summary of work completed before departing.

We have been using Bulwark for years. The techs are always respectful and thorough and they will even come out in-between routine services to treat problems areas. Michael Garcia was our latest tech and did a fantastic job! Highly recommend!!

Lorenzo was very communicative prior to the appointment. He was punctual. And he did a great job addressing our ant problem and sprayed the rest of the house. He also wore shoe covers and gloves. I’m thankful that Bulwark had an opening form 5:30 to 7:30 pm, so I don’t have to take time off of work.

Highly recommend! Our technician, Joshua, is the best! He has demonstrated great knowledge of the services and techniques to stay ahead of pest issues. He is a very personable, cheerful man that treats us and our property with respect. Joshua’s work ethic is very positive, he even took a job for us on his day off as well as bringing in a second person to speak with us that he felt had more experience on a specific issue.

Michael Perez is absolutely amazing! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough.
