Sam did a wonderful job at our home. He was friendly, efficient, and professional from start to finish. He asked thoughtful questions to be sure he could help in the best way possible, took care to avoid our vegetable garden, and worked seamlessly with both of us to get everything done. I especially appreciated how considerate he was — putting on shoe covers without us asking and being so respectful of our space. His attention to detail and thoughtfulness really stood out.

This was the initial service visit by Bulwark at a new house for us after moving back to the Houston area. I was very happy with the service Nathan provided. He arrived during the scheduled window, was friendly and asked what pests I was seeing so far. Nathan then explained what was happening at this service visit and what would happen at future service calls. He was super efficient outside and inside the house. Nathan finished by de-webbing the outside and knocking down any wasp nests that had started building. I was very pleased with everything about the service Nathan provided us.

My man Ryan did a great job! Not only did he find the ant nest that have been plaguing me he did what he does and took care of them. A little spendy but if they keep my dogs safe and keep the bugs out of my spot it’s worth it.

We had a crazy infestation of Ants. Nathan called me when he was on his way and discussed with him what I was seeing. He called me back after his walk through and told what he saw and what he thinks is the best course of action. He was very knowledgeable and explained how we should proceed. Great service! Antonio was awesome! He let me know when he was on the way (super helpful cause I always forget) sent pictures and let me know where the problem areas in my yard are and some details with that. Antonio has such a great attitude and amazing customer service. Would recommend this company and Antonio to do your service!
