Carter H, who came to our home to remove the beehive in our backyard was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, took care of the bees safely, and made the whole process stress-free. I give him five stars for excellent service and for being both friendly and knowledgeable!

Very friendly and honest and 100% got the job done and did not oversell.Also gave the reassurance Were there any ongoing issues with removal of bees would follow up no problem. Adam was extremely thorough when he came out to investigate. He was able to locate the access point and even found honey. The next day when he came out, he carefully disassembled our roof and made minimal cuts to extract the honey. He communicated throughly during the process and provided pictures. He was also very patient and answered all my questions. Thank you for taking care of our problem!

Shaun was great! After calling the company of a bee hive at our roof line he was at our house in 45 mins. Problem was taken care of quickly and professionally.

Shaun C did an excellent job of doing a live removal of bees that had just started forming a hive in a large Jojoba bush in my front yard. He showed up promptly and was very thorough at removing and collecting the live bees. He’s also very easy to talk to and professional. He told me they take the live bees to a farm in Laveen. From my initial call to Busy Bee to schedule an appointment to the time Carter left our house everyone I dealt with was completely professional, friendly, and timely. I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful. When Carter arrived at our house he was ready to dive in and fix our bee problem. He was eager to answer any questions. Clearly he has a lot of experience and did an awesome job. He removed 150 pounds of honey/comb! We had no idea how much those little guys had taken over!

Evan came to the house after I called to get help with roof rats. He showed up on time and was friendly, helpful and very professional. He checked the house thoroughly and came up with a solid remediation plan. Costs are very reasonable as well. I look forward to his help with clearing and sealing the house. Definitely recommend this company.

Ryan did a great job! Our landscaper saw some wasps flying around our hedge this morning. Ryan was here within an hour, found 3 wasp nests and removed them. Whew!

He did a thorough inspection, surveying the entire exterior of my home for possible entry points and checking the attic for any signs of infestation. Carter strategically placed traps in the attic where he noticed rodent activity and set one outside near the main entry point. He also scheduled a follow-up visit for next week to check progress, and the payment process was quick and easy. It’s clear that Carter is well-trained and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend!

Evan was too nice... We work construction and can be a lil rough sometimes. He was super nice and professional And never broke professionalism even when I tried to make him crack. Carter did a good job with killing the bees in a mound on the ground and spraying the left over honey in my plant where the bees originally were located. However, a price listed on the website shows $29 but nowhere does it state that is only available if you sign up for a one year contract. The price I was charged was $295 for a one time bee treatment. The misunderstanding is my fault because I didn’t ask for a confirmation of the charge when I spoke with the company over the phone and they never mentioned the price. Be aware of this if you decide to use their services. Otherwise, they were easy to deal with and quick to respond to my service request.
