I noticed some unwelcome guest in my apartment and immediately called for an exterminator. Jesse fit me into his schedule right away, and was super helpful and reassuring with everything! When he came out we ultimately decided to hold off on a treatment as I was not the source of the issue. He did not even charge me for the visit! Highly, highly recommend! I will definitely be using in the future if any other issues arise for me!

Jessie and Cara were great to work with. Extremely professional and their knowledge on pest control is evident. We came home from vacation to a wasp nest we couldn’t access with spray. Jessie and the team at Bye Bye Pest Solutions did a fantastic job at our home! Before their visit, we were dealing with ants in the kitchen and sitting room, had a few spider webs and wasp nests around the house. Jessie was extremely thorough—treating both inside and out, knocking down spider webs and wasp nests, and even setting up monitors and traps for crawling insects and rodents in the garage and basement. What really stood out was how carefully they explained everything they were doing and made sure to target every trouble spot we mentioned. After their service, the difference was clear: we haven’t seen any more ant trails and the wasp nests/spider webs are gone! It feels so much better knowing the house is protected and monitored.
