Corey was wonderfully helpful and thorough, with "great attention to detail and conscientious of a Pet in the home", as reported by the Tenants. He also took care of several extra things around the house including removing a wasps nest and taking care of an ant bed. Additionally, Erin in the office was also wonderful in helping us determine the treatment needed and setting everything up. We were thrilled with the service received and will definitely have them back again! :-)

Carey is absolutely wonderful! We have used Carolina Exterminating at our storefront on King Street for almost two years and Carey is extremely knowledgeable, going above and beyond to help keep our store clean of any unwanted visitors. Aresenio did a wonderful job, can’t recommend him or this company highly enough! Arsenio sent a text 30 minutes prior to arrival and was on time, introduced himself to myself and my (barking) dog, then quickly set to work. He was efficient, yet took enough time to reset each trap and even added some sticky pads since I mentioned that I noticed one of the traps was empty but unset - I must have a sneaky mouse up there in the attic. He also made sure to wear shoe covers inside the house to keep from tracking in dirt and whatnot, since it’s raining today. Arsenio did a great job, thanks again, see you next time!

I've been using their services for 6 years now and Aurelio has always been excellent. I moved away for a year and he came back and still remembered the house and all of the previous jobs/issues he had completed there. Recently I have had some issues scheduling with the front office, or else this would be a 5 star review, but hopefully that can be ironed out by them soon.

Although we ended up not being able to contract with Carolina Exterminating due to our having spray in foam insulation in our attic, Andrew was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful in discussing termite and pest control in our area. Very disappointed that we were not eligible. I would not hesitate to contract with Carolina Exterminating. Very honest and thorough.
