I don't like saying bad things about vendors, however I don't believe that this vendor cares one way or the other. He wasn't friendly, doesn't communicate well, wasn't there half the time that I went to the business and said a product would take care of the concern and the product did nothing. Go to a professional business that won't give you the business!

They don't show up when they say they will, and when they do show up, the technicians bring attitude. I tried to tell them where I saw roaches, and they told me they didn't want to hear it, they know better than I do. And worst of all, the treatments don't work.
