I had such a wonderful experience with Chelsey from EcoShield Pest Solutions today. From the moment she arrived she was warm, friendly, and approachable which instantly made me feel at ease. She explained everything so clearly and it was obvious how knowledgeable she is about all types of bugs and the best ways to treat them. I learned a lot just from talking with her. Chelsey sprayed for ants and spiders in my bathroom and handled it so efficiently while still being extremely thorough. She even took extra time to share information about my cats safety with the gel and spray! She paid close attention to detail in every part of her work. I really appreciated how much care she put into making sure everything was done right. What impressed me most was that she combined professionalism with genuine kindness. It is rare to find someone who is not only so skilled but also so easy to talk to. I truly felt like she cared about giving me the best service possible. Honestly I would love for Chelsey to always be my technician because she went above and beyond in every way. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Had a great quarterly service today from Joe Shell. With it being spider season I appreciated the extra time he took to get rid of ALL the spider web messes, and there were ALOT! He was very detailed and didn’t miss anything and did some preventative spraying too. My house looks like it just got washed! Highly recommend Eco Shield, i’ve been with them for years.
