Yellow jackets in the second story soffit, heavy activity. George was on-time, professional and courteous. He explained what he would be doing before he did it, and discussed the expected results and timing. He answered my questions and this was a good experience. A day later, and no traces of yellow jacket activity since about an hour after application. Well done!

Certified Pest Control is exceptional! If I could give 10 stars I would! They took care of all of my pest problems! The response time was great! The office staff and the tech were so nice to work with. The tech really cared about my house and belongings. I have several pets and he made sure that they would be safe during the treatments. We've been using Buggs Murphy for years. We found out they were bought out by Certified Pest Control when we called. We were reassured CPC uses the same spray that BM used so we went ahead and scheduled someone to come out. George arrived and sprayed the whole perimeter of my house. He was very thorough and did a great job. He was friendly, informing, and professional.

Whenever I would have a tech come by, there was a big deal made about me wanting these techs to put on fresh shoe/boot covers. The main tech (as sometimes 2 came), would feel that he can walk all throughout outside, etc.. only to come into my home without switching covers. Most times he doesn’t wear them at all. I believe me pushing the issue shook things up a bit so I’m pleased with that. Nah! Not happening. I informed Him that I saw him come out of someone’s home who has cats. I’m allergic so that alone is unsafe & unsanitary. Orkin would never! Their sanitation practices are far more superior. In this instance I didn’t have a choice of the company used so we had to settle. I had never even heard of this company prior to being serviced. In conclusion, enhancing your sanitary measures moving forward would be essential. Covers exist for a reason. The ones I provide are a different color so it’s easy to see if they went to someone else’s home w/o switching in a new pair of your black ones-which is unfortunate. These techs have them yet refused to wear them. That tells me their homes are nasty.

Failed miserably controlling spiders at our house on Lake Erie. One of the worst providers we have ever had. Spider control on the lake is not their wheelhouse.
