While their prices are slightly higher than those of other companies, I believe it is 100% worth it. I hesitate to mention another company, but I had a bad experience with them; they scammed me and failed to arrive on time. They offered a six-month guarantee and promised they would return if the problem wasn't resolved. When I called them, they claimed they would come, but they never did. Initially, I was reluctant to reach out to this new company due to my previous negative experiences. However, I do not regret my decision. It's been three months now, and we haven't encountered any pest issues in my home. This company arrived as soon as possible and completed the job to my full satisfaction. Although they don't offer a guarantee upfront, they clearly explain why they don't provide one and demonstrate their thorough understanding of the situation.
