Jim is incredible!! I've worked with other pest control guys before, none come close to how wonderful Jim is. He does such a thorough job, he really cares to make sure your home is well taken care of and protected! We're always so excited to see him! Since using him we've noticed a dramatic difference in all things bugs etc. I couldn't recommend Chem-wise and Jim enough! You will not regret using this place. Thank whoever referred you!

I was very impressed and pleased by the expertise and customer service of Rene (tech). We had a mouse sighting a few days ago and were concerned since we had not had a problem in years. Not since Chem-Wise came and helped us with our mouse issue years ago. Rene was able to determine that there is a gap where our furnace outtake pipe leaves the house. We recently had to replace our home HVAC system. Rene plugged this gap and found other areas of concern that he also plugged. I’m very happy with Chem-Wise and will continue to use their services. Rene is AWESOME! Please give him a raise!!

We've been using Chemwise for a number of years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Our tech Devantè does a great job. Very pleased with their service. He did a terrific job of checking and treating our property. He answered all of my questions with clear, thorough, and easy to understand responses. It was easy to judge his recommendations and make decisions on best way to move forward.

Unfortunately, our experience with Chem-wise was ultimately disappointing. While the technician was polite and prompt during the visits, the pest issues we hired them for were never fully solved. We recently contacted them about this recurring issue along with another one via email with no response. It's frustrating to feel like that in this day and age of at least an auto responder of 'we received your email and will get back to you' we heard nothing. I called and left a message and waited a couple of hours but didn't get a return call. So, I decided we were done with Chem-Wise. We were hoping for a more proactive and solution-oriented approach, but ultimately had to seek help elsewhere. I wish I had a better experience to share. Clearly, others here have had better experiences. I hope yours is as well. For us, no more Chem-Wise. Re: your response. It’s not my responsibility to make sure you receive your emails properly. You also didn’t solve our problem. We are using another service.

Jim Streit was our technician and we cannot recommend him enough!!! Super friendly and knowledgeable and very thorough. He takes pride in his job and wants to ensure you get what you need. He far exceeds any other tech we have had through the years with several other companies and in different states. We will specifically ask for him for all future appointments!

I moved into an older condo with spiders, ants and silver fish. Bruno was great and very courteous and professional. He was very knowledgeable and respected the property with shoe covers and answered all my questions. Thanks, Bruno and keep up the great work!

Marty has been servicing my home for quite a while now, as I'm a long time customer. He has done a great job all along, whether it's only exterior treatment or work also needs to be done on the inside! This was my first experience with Chem-wise. I set up the appointment to take care of spiders. The technician arrived on time. He was professional and courteous. (He did not state his name.) I asked him if he needed to check the inside because I thought I had read that was part of the initial visit. He said, no, that he would be spraying the perimeter, and that would take care of keeping bugs out of the inside as well. I live in a townhome and offered to show him where my unit ends. He assured me that was not necessary because your company does a lot of work in my neighborhood. However, I noticed he stopped spraying where my deck ends, so I went outside and explained my unit extends all the way to my neighbor's deck. He was accommodating, and went back and did the part he missed. I did ask him about mouse control because I do occasionally get mice in the garage. He was helpful in explaining the additional charge for that service. As this was my first visit I can't comment on whether or not the service is effective.

Chemwise is a great and affordable pest control company. Very sattisfied with our technician Devante he goes above and beyond to explain the proccess, and is very knowledgeable when it comes to critters around the house. We are very happy with this service, and look forward to continuing as customers for year to come.

We have been using Chem-Wise for around 20 years. The service and response is outstanding. We have never had an issue. Rene has been our technician for a year now. He is friendly, professional and great to deal with. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. Great company, great technician.
