Daniel came right over, assessed the situation (had all the tools including a scope to get into tight areas) and we were able to resolve the situation quickly. Awesome and amazing company! Daniel came out, assessed my bat issue, investigated whether they had gone into my attic, came up with a humane solution, and implemented it - by waiting and watching for all of the bats to leave. He returned to verify that the bats were gone, and he fixed/repaired potential access points into my attic, and filled the holes in the siding after he removed the shutters (which was where the bats made their home). Daniel also discussed ways and things I could do to prevent the bats from returning. Ciciarelli Wildlife Solutions went above and beyond my expectations! I highly recommend them for their integrity, care, humane treatment, attention to details, knowledge, and experience! And, not just with bats. You can't go wrong with Ciciarelli.

Dan was excellent!! highly recommend. We had a squirrel stuck in our chimney and I reached out to four different wildlife companies and Dan was the first to respond. He came out same day with all the necessary tools to complete the job and due to his thoroughness and helpfulness I was able to be rest assured my chimney was squirrel-free so I could sleep peacefully that night. He even put a cover on the outside of my chimney for me that I had on hand so the problem doesn’t happen again. Dan was great and I’ll be calling Ciciarelli Wildlife Solutions for all my future wildlife needs. Myself and the (now free) squirrel are very satisfied customers!!
