Excellent experience starting with my first call to service appointment. Tania took my original call and was thorough, informational, and very pleasant to talk to. She was able to schedule my initial service appointment quickly (3 days later) and I knew exactly what to expect. The pest technician, Jeramy, messaged an hour before his arrival time and showed up exactly at 8am. He was very nice, professional, even entertained the million questions and stories from my children.

We very happy with the Citra Pest Control company. The customer service rep was very helpful in getting the right package for us. And the Exterminator who came to our home, Alexander, was amazing. He was thorough and very professional. He was personable and polite - he did a great job!!

Bugs in the house were driving me crazy, but they took care of it. The technician inspected everything and explained what needed to be done. Treatment was safe and effective. Within days, the pests were gone. Follow-up visits gave me peace of mind.

I really like the guys from Citra, they are polite, always check in before they start & are happy to update at the end if they need to. Huge thanks to Gabriel C today, I was out walking my dogs when he arrived & was gracious enough to make a start on the front of the house until I could get back to unlock the gate to the backyard.

Alexander did an outstanding through job. He was friendly and explained the process and helped move furniture to investigate where the ants were coming from. Looking forward to the next visit. He followed up with a call to let us know he was done with the outside. We are very impressed with his polite professional demeanor.

Felix Hernandez was our technician, and he was very helpful and professional. Felix was timely, efficient and arrived well within the expected timeframe for service, so there was no waiting round for me and my family on a workday. Thanks to Felix and Citra for their continued great work.

We've had Citra Pest Control for almost a year and are pleased with their service. Spiders, ants and roaches were and are the main pests, but were brought under control. Among the individuals who have come to do the spraying and do fine work Alex has been here several times and I must commend him in particular. He is friendly, conversational and quite thorough.

Michael Upchurch has been our technician and he always is super nice, punctual, patient with us, easy going! He is efficient as well and the bug situation has greatly improved ever since. We book monthly as of now!

The technicians are always friendly and do a thorough job. We haven't had ants in the house since we started the service. Also, the service is always conducted right on schedule. I definitely recommend Citra. The last technician we had over was Mannix. He was great!
