Bought an old row-house that needed fixing up and quickly discovered mice were getting in. We are so happy we signed up for a one year treatment. Malique was wonderful at not only helping us identify where these critters were coming from (so we could patch up holes) but also eradicating the mice that had taken up residence. We just finished the year and are officially mouse free!! Thank you! Would highly recommend!

We were overseas and the person feeding our cats “didn’t notice” that they, and our entire house-had become infested with fleas! We came home early and called City Best. We were concerned the first tech hadn’t done enough-and even though they felt he probably had-to make us feel more comfortable-they sent their head tech Steve over to redo the treatment. He was thorough and patient and knowledgeable. Not only are we super pleased with him and the results so far…but Donna in the office has been an absolute joy to communicate with! We highly recommend!

I cannot in good conscience recommend this pest control company. On 06/23/25, I paid $808.92 for what I believed would be a full bed bug service treatment, spraying, thermal, and steam/vapor, all on the first visit. Only the spray was done, when I paid to receive everything during my first treatment and the technician did not complete the first treatment! He lied and stated that I needed to do additional prep work but he was really rushing to get to his next appointment and lied on the customer in the report. I did everything I was asked to do. The technician arrived in a rush, didn’t allow me to observe the treatment, and offered no real guidance. I was told to bag up clothes, but received no clear instructions about other items, like papers. His demeanor was cold and unhelpful, and when I moved the bags downstairs, where else were they supposed to go outside so my neighbors could see? I was told the bags were in the way downstairs, and holding the guy up and he mentioned having another appointment. Why would y'all schedule this back to back with another appointment? As someone totally and completely unfamiliar with this process, I expected a professional to have TIME to walk me through this, not leave me feeling confused and unsupported. Another staff member later told me there were no signs of an infestation, something the original technician never disclosed. The treatment report also noted no pests were found, but for the bedrooms the report states bed bugs, which is conflicting information. I was charged the full amount without a proper evaluation. I shared photos of the bugs I saw and was told they weren’t bed bugs, but received no explanation or help identifying them. I had previously used google image search which stated bed bugs or clover mites, but I was confused, so I hired professionals to help me figure this out. I had already threw out my living room furniture and treated my home and vacuumed daily while commuting from a hotel, which may have made detection harder, but that’s exactly why I hired professionals: for clarity and expert guidance. As a single mother dealing with a potential infestation for the first time in 20 years, I needed guidance, not rushed service, conflicting information, and silence after sharing follow-up photos. I ultimately canceled the remaining treatments. This was a costly, frustrating experience, and not the expert support I had hoped for. For single mothers expecting superman to swoop in and help save you during a crisis and provide you with outstanding service, do not call this company! I strongly believe I deserve a refund for a respectable amount as clover mites are low cost in comparison to bed bugs, and the exterminator did not complete the service I originally paid for. I have replied to their follow up message from the manager Jerry on 06/30/25 and he never replied or called to follow up. I have emailed and called the office multiple times. Jerry told me he would follow up with the exterminator and call me back but he has not. I have left a message with the staff with no follow up. I have filed a police report and I am presently trying to obtain a refund through my bank. I am so upset how terrible this company is and I strongly believe this scam company should be shut down!

Diasson did an outstanding job. Very professional work and very personable. He took excellent attention to detail and made sure he did a thorough job. I would definitely recommend him to anybody and am very happy with his services.

I had a surprising problem - one mouse, who looked very content munching on my bread (inside the bag!) City Best Pest was on the scene fast - with an expert tech who not only told me why/how this happened but also uncovered a huge 5 foot high hole hidden behind my fridge, left by awful contractors on purpose! (I bought my place a year ago and they did this without anyone knowing.) So: this place is amazing. I have sheetrock being installed a day later and I am so happy I found this family owned business. Thank you City Best Pest!!!

Scheduled a pest prevention service for a rental property and my technician Dante was early, thorough, friendly and efficient. It was a very smooth process and happy with the service. This company had the best reviews in the area and I can see why. Looking forward to continuing to use their services.

Ian is an absolutely amazing technician! I rented a row home that turned out to be FILLED with roaches (all types). Ian was very thorough, was great with our dogs, and always made us (two young women) feel comfortable. We needed numerous appointments since the houses next door were infested but untreated, and we saw SUCH a big difference. He was great with explaining the treatments, letting us know what to expect, and answering any questions we had (even teaching us how to look for evidence of pests when apartment hunting). When we had issues with ants in spring he cleared up the issue right away. We built such a rapport with Ian we honestly looked forward to catching up during our exterminator appointments. Our issue with roaches was totally mitigated and I would definitely use this company again if needed.

City Best is great, mason is a wonderful technician, he is quick but highly efficient and just kind as can be. As a female, I feel absolutely comfortable with him in the house. Cannot recommend enough !
