I used this company on two separate occasions. Both times they provided 5 star services and results. I saw 5 star reviews for all the national companies and CJB. But, it was obvious to me that the national company’s reviews were all BS because they had 5 star google reviews and horrible Yelp reviews (1 to 2 star yelp reviews). Do yourself a favor and go straight to CJB. Shout out to Mike K for being an awesome guy who took great care of us!

I’ve been using CJB since 2013, and we recently moved back into the area. No matter where I’ve lived, they are hands down the best pest control company around. Anthony, our service tech this past week, was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and kind. We appreciated his dedication to finding solutions to any gaps in our home, and the quality provided for the price quoted cannot be beat. We’ll definitely be requesting Anthony as our tech in the future. Check out their maintenance plans as well because they are amazing. I don’t do bugs, and over the last 2 years of working with CJB our home has been pest free!

Have CJB Pest providing a mosquito spraying service for a few years now. Very pleased with the service. I’ve switched once to a bit lower price company for 1 season. Was not worth it. Service not the same as CJB. Had to call a technician back within a week after a service to spray again. Never had that issue with CJB Pest Control. Decided to go back to CJB and their services. They helped me 3 times with Yellow Jacket nests removal as well. Looking forward to the next season with CJB Pest. I highly recommend CJB Pest & Mosquito Control.

Outstanding Service – Highly Recommended CJB did an excellent job—fast, efficient, and thorough. Our technician, Bryce, was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond, resolving issues we weren’t even aware of. We had a significant infestation of bats and squirrels in our attic, but thanks to their expert work, the problem is completely resolved. I would absolutely recommend CJB to anyone in need of wildlife removal or pest control services.

CJB Pest has been doing the perimeter of our home for several years and spraying for carpenter bees and wasps. Their techs and communications are outstanding. They contacted me of necessary postponement due to weather. I was updated on the new time and date without getting too many calls or emails. Good competitive pricing. CJB Pest has the very nicest, efficient and informed employees. From scheduler, to sales to technicians! This is the third time I have used them. Each employee has been so pleasant to interact with and they check their traps every other day like clockwork! Worth every penny!

I find it ironic that they have a bee as part of their logo, because I called them about a bee issue and they refused to help. They wouldn't even come out and take a look at the situation, they told me that the bees would be dead in November. That doesn't help me get my yard work done now. They were of no help at all, and didn't seem to care- they couldn't even be bothered to recommend a solution. What a joke. I went to the store and bought 2 bottles of wasp spray and Im pretty sure I took care of the situation myself. Thanks for nothing!

CJB is the best! They are knowledgeable, responsive, and their treatments are very effective. I have them treat my house for spiders, earwigs, and millipedes, and I only need them to come every few years. I appreciate that they do not try to sell unnecessary service plans. As a realtor, I confidently recommend them to all our clients seeking pest or critter control. They are truly outstanding.

Called for an estimate on pest control in summer. There were several issues that needed to be addressed. Tech recommended fixing some small access areas and also suggested bait in the attic but after a discussion on new blown in insulation in the attic that they would just open the access panel and throw in the bait. Also the temp that day was too hot for the tech to get back on the roof to fix some of the areas and said they would have the office call to schedule it. They never called back. Reached out to the office and they said they would have someone get back. Again no response. Sent and email and finally talked to someone. Indicated we wanted to only go through with the repairs and not the bait in the attic. Also said the money we paid for the tech to come out would not be used toward the cost as we were previously told because we didn’t have the work done that day. The tech could not complete the work due to the heat which we understood. Individual I was talking to indicated they would see if they can make an exception and sent me over the agreement to sign. It had the repairs, bait in attic (after we said we wouldn’t go through with that), and didn’t see the reduction in cost from the original estimate. Emailed back and no response. Very disappointed in the response and understanding what the customers needs were. Got the impression the job wasn’t big enough for them to make it worth their while. Would not recommend.
