Richard Campbell was so sweet and understanding he did what he could without us being home and then came back the very next day to finish the job when I was home! So I'm leaving this review for the current tech Roshard that came out today and also for the previous tech Seth that always came out. Roshard did an excellent job, he's respectful and explained all that needed to be said and wore his shoe booties which is very important to me. Seth was usually the tech that came out in the past and bc of a mix up with the phone numbers they had on file I wasn't able to leave Seth a review. Each time Seth came out he was respectful and also did an excellent job. I have no complaints with the techs service or the company it self we will definitely keep them! Pls give BOTH techs the incentives they deserve. Oh and it helps that neither Seth or Roshard are Cowboys fan😄

Seth Edgemon was our technician today. I love that I get a text telling me who is coming and what time, with an update when the technician is a few minutes out. As is true of all the technicians who have serviced our home from Clear Defense, Seth was friendly, respectful and efficient. He also gave us tips how to manage those persistent pests between treatments. He was very helpful in guiding us new-to-SC folks with suggestions and red flags regarding pests for our in progress landscaping. We are very happy we chose Clear Defense and highly recommend every technician who has come to our home...Matt, Noah and today-Seth, and the Cear Defense company as a whole.

Proactive and Professional Service from Rebecca! We requested a follow-up service for some ants on our patio, and Rebecca Coffey was dispatched to handle it. While we weren't home at the time of the service, the detailed report we received was incredibly thorough. Rebecca's notes were clear, she listed the specific professional-grade products used (Taurus and Tekko Pro), and explained the targeted treatment. It's only the day after, so it's too soon to observe the full results, but we are incredibly impressed with the speed and professionalism of the response. Knowing that Rebecca is on the case gives us great confidence. It's clear she is knowledgeable and takes pride in her work.
