Adam our sales rep was very professional and polite, and offering us the service for Spiders ,Wasps and outside critters. Tyler came out to do our job, and I walked with him the entire way. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, and explained to me exactly what he was doing all the way through, and what to expect. Extremely professional and polite as well. The Spiders literally came falling right off from their webs. Within minutes, I was very pleased with the initial. I’m fairly new to Clear Defense, but I’m already impressed by their diligence and responsiveness. Thomas Massey did my initial treatment and was incredibly thorough, even stripping away spider webs for me. Today I needed a follow-up, so Sam and Carlos came right on time, assessed the situation, applied the treatment, and outlined next steps so I’d know exactly what to do. All three of these guys are just the best: polite, caring, and they know their stuff. I also had a great interaction when I needed to call the office. I think I made an excellent choice in choosing to go with Clear Defense!

I've had Clear Defense for quite a few years now and they never disappoint. They are professional, courteous, and they do an excellent job. Jeffrey Moore was my techician a couple times, and the second time he came he remembered I had a toddler that naps in the afternoons and he thoughtfully knocked instead of ringing the doorbell. He is super nice and does a great job!

Even though I wasn’t home at the time, I could immediately tell the job was done right when I returned, my insect traps were left for me on my door, and the entire exterior of my home had been thoroughly treated.
