I kept finding rat droppings on my bed. Inspector arrived and spoke to my landlords first who convinced him I was hallucinating. Inspector looked around for 5 min, told me I didnt have any rats but said we could put some traps to make sure. My landlords decided not to put traps and he still gave them some sort of “pest free certificate”. This was out of a horror movie

Rodent proofing my house had a steep price tags and few warnings. After paying thousands I learned the installed barriers were temporary and the rodents easily chewed through them. The services barely took 2 hours to install and cost thousands with no follow up or recommendation to revisit with a general oh don’t worry there’s a money back guarantee everything is addressed. I could have lived with have annual service or better spent those thousands on an actual handyman to really repair potential entry points at a fraction of the cost. Second time around I was led on for weeks and couldn’t even get someone to inspect my house.
