I couldn’t be happier with the service from my pest control technician(Tj). He is always on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. What I appreciate most is how thoroughly he explains what they’re doing and what to expect afterward. He goes above and beyond to make sure my home is protected and that I feel comfortable with the process. It’s clear he take pride in his work, and the results speak for themselves—we’ve noticed a huge difference since they started taking care of our home. Highly recommend

Connell's pest control has been absolutely amazing, best company there is to help you get rid of all those pest. We have had the same guy come do our service except one time since our first appointment. Craig is the one that has been our guy since our first appointment, and let me tell you he has been the absolute best! He goes above and beyond and makes sure he gets our needs met, we had a problem with bugs but since Craig started coming and doing what he does best, we no longer have the problem we had. Thank You so much Craig for all that you do and taking care of all of our pest needs, you are the best!!

TJ is an amazing pest control professional. We asked a curiosity question that he answered perfectly, an awareness question that he answered professionally and then an action question that started his work mode. We’ve used other local pest control’s, and none are close to having the communication Connell’s Pest Control provides. Between the front office providing accurate quotes/scheduling, and our service provider Craig providing in-depth detail on work performed.. we will no longer be shopping around. Craig was helpful on explaining his processes, recommendations, and gave us insight on how to maintain certain tasks ourselves. We appreciate the great business. 5 stars well deserved and earned!
