First treatment did not meet expectations and the tech was not good. We were a new customer and had a lot of ants and spiders. We initially were frustrated because of the expense and lack of success. We called twice two weeks later to have them retreat. However, our follow up treatment was more thorough so they fixed the issue. Two months out we noticed a significant reduction in bugs - specifically ants and spiders. The first quarterly treatment was Friday, we got a new technician. Michael. He was excellent. He introduced himself as new to the route, was friendly, respectful, asked us our needs/concerns, took the time to be thorough, and said goodbye before he departed. I hope he is our only technician moving forward.

My technician,Justin,when first arriving asked if there was anything I thought needed to be addressed specifically before performing his duties, and did what was asked. He then proceeded to execute the necessary treatment that was expected. He then took a moment to share a short, friendly chat with my wife and I and was on his way. Would give kudos to Justin for doing a good job in an amiable manner.

I think the gentleman’s name was Jeremiah Drake?? SUPER NICE GUY! Having vehicle issues while he was on a call for some people I knew and took time out of his day to help me get my car running. I really appreciate his kindness I have had a lot going on and it really meant a lot. You have a great employee!

The technician arrived on time. He was professional yet very personable. He had good knowledge of his job and answered all of my questions. I am very pleased with the service.

Tech was very polite and answered any questions that I had. It was a positive experience and it was nice to have a positive experience with a company considering all the negative people in companies any more. Tech seemed to be very knowledgeable in his job.
