Beware. Do not use Corky. They used to be the best. I used Corky for years without a problem. Now they are dishonest. They said their terms were the same. Come to find out they are not. You are locked in for a year or you pay $199 to cancel, You are stuck to pay for a service you do not want. And the chemical they used doesn’t work. They had to come and spray several times to get rid of the ants. Hire at your own risk

July 2024. I can’t give Corkey’s a 5 Star Review just yet. It’s been 24 Hours since yesterday’s inspection. Someone was supposed to contact me today to schedule treatment service for SUBTERRANEAN TERMITES. It looks like I’m going to have to call the office myself to remind them. That said, the inspector was very friendly. I showed him the area with some hanging mud tubes and some pin holes. We decided on the best plan of action. Then he measured the perimeter of the house. Last year I had Corkey’s tent my house for DRY-WOOD TERMITES, so I was surprised that now I have SUBTERRANEAN termites inside my house in less than a year. To be honest a more thorough inspection could have been done last year. Come to think about it, yesterday the inspector did not look at any other area of my house or assess level of structural damage. It’s something to keep in mind. To be fair I will revise my review when the job is complete. For now a generous 4 stars is more than fair. August 2024. Job complete. Spot treatment, baits around the perimeter, annual service plan. It’s been about a month now. I’ll have to go over the tech’s patchwork and re-caulk it myself to satisfy my expectations of a good job. My big concerning question is the structural soundness of the support beam. Definitely ask tough questions and get several quotes from different companies. July 10, 2025 ANNUAL INSPECTION. I had to call about arranging for the inspection of the subterranean termite bait stations around my house. Talked to two receptionists over the phone. At first, the second person didn’t understand what I was asking for. Kind of frustrating. I pay a monthly fee on time every month, yet I’m already losing confidence in this pest control company. Now I have to wait for a return call from an inspector to schedule an appointment. Bottom line, had I not called in the first place I doubt I would have been contacted at all.

Interesting and not totally positive experience. We had rats and mice in our attic. They did an "exclusion" service and put traps and sensors in the attic but seemed more interested in getting us on their monthly subscription service. Communications lacking: they put some "rodent sensors" in the attic but we called them several times after hearing noises above at night; we never got a call from Corky's saying that their sensors had picked up movement. Then, this last week we got a new clothes washer and dryer because the 13yo dryer wasn't drying clothes. Well, the new dryer wasn't drying the clothes either and reported D80 and D90 error codes (exhaust duct blocked 80 or 90% respectively. Apparently during the "exclusion" service, contrary to the building code, they'd put some metal mesh across the dryer vent on the roof. The mesh was covered with lint, blocking the exhaust. I'm sorry but I can't recommend Corky's.

Corky’s serviced my yard for gophers and ground squirrels today. Saul is my technician and he did an amazing job servicing my yard. He has extensive knowledge and expertise being in pest control for the last 7yrs. He explained the myths of gopher removal such as filling up hole with water or rocks. I have a better understanding of how gophers behave now and how to eradicate them from my yard. Saul used traps and poison. He showed me how the poison is placed in the gophers holes and around the holes via a funnel to ensure my dogs can’t eat the poison. Saul is the man. He placed flags where there are tunnels for the gopher traps. I highly recommend. Saul will be back in a week to revisit everything.

We were customers of ProPacific for over 20 years then they were purchased by Corky's. We signed a 1 year agreement yesterday then canceled it this evening. I have never dealt with a company that is so incompetent. Since yesterday they have not returned any of my 15 calls, many emails, nor text messages. I was promised by there employees several times that I would receive a call from Rosa on their management team and immediate call back within the hour. No call back was ever made. If you're looking for a pest control company DO NOT CALL CORKY'S. Their customer service is so far off that I would give them a rating of -10!

0 is more like it. I canceled and appointment in Feb 2024 due to storms. It rained frequently so I waited until May. I was charged $150 more. I called frequently to have my fence reattach but no response. Due to very high winds the lock bracket is bent and a slat is off. I expect that no one came to repair it because $2090 was stolen from my storage area. Also there were things taken from a cabinet in the house and a tool leaning against the wall. I have not heard back from the company regarding any of these complaints. My question now since you are serious about customer service, will I be able to be reimbursed. There is also new spots of terminate damage this year. I'm afraid to have your workers come to my house even though I have a 4 year warranty. I bet your employees are not bonded. That would be great to know for my reports. I'm looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks
