Roland from Cowley Pest Control is an absolute lifesaver! We had a serious wasp and yellow jacket problem on our property — over seven nests scattered around our yard, garage, and eaves. This is the first time we have used an exterminator for a wasp issue. We signed up for their yearly plan and the service person Billy was very helpful and explained everything in detail and they responded once we contacted them. Before he left he gave me follow up instructions and answered all my questions. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Tech Billy was nothing short of amazing!! Knowledgeable and answered a ton of our questions. The bee hive was in a tough corner to get to in the attic. He did tje exterminating, and went above and managed get the hive out also. Reference the question of payment, I don't know relative to others, as this was our only call, but it seemed reasonable, especially for where he had to get to. Plus the original date was 2 days from my call, and they went above and beyond and got Billy over same day due to the bees getting on the house. So that itself was priceless!!

We love being a part of the Cowley’s family for over three years now. I say “Cowley’s family” because from the people who schedule all these way to the techs; you are treated how they would want their own family taken care of. We absolutely love all of our techs! Our service started as an emergency over three years ago, and we’ve had an amazing service plan ever since. They come out whenever we need them. Each tech is super knowledgeable too. Today we worked with Steven N. He not only put our minds at ease with a major spider issue we’ve been going through, he taught us a lot about each spider we have had. While we know the spider thing will happen every year because of our location; we are certain that we are safe thanks to the amazing team we have. We are so incredibly grateful for Cowley’s and will always highly recommend them.

Stefon came by and told us that he would not be re-setting the traps today in the rain, and explained the humane reasons why. We discussed the 3 squirrels that have been caught so far. We also informed him that we have not heard any more noises in the attic since the first night. He explained the one-way nature of the trap that is still place in the attic opening, and that the remaining squirrels that we heard on night one, most likely exited via that trap. Stefon's service specifically, and the overall service we've received from Cowley has been top-notch so far.
