Ethan and Josh did a great job removing moles from my property. Both guys were awesome. Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend. Like family. They both could have Sunday dinner at my house anytime. Lol

Dave from Creature Control has been to my home several times over the past few years. He's gotten the chimney bats to move, the ground moles to relocate or otherwise go away, and most recently the wasps nesting above my front door to learn they can't stay. He's also given me some DIY advice. I can't say enough good things about his professionalism and friendly attitude. I trust him and his advice completely. I hope I don't need him to return for another issue but I know if I do he'll do a great job at a great price. Thanks Dave!

Honestly not the type of person to leave reviews in general, especially bad ones. I’ve never felt so confused as a home owner. Usually when you pay for a service it gets completed. I called Creature control because I was having problems with ground moles in my yard and couldn’t figure out what to do. Was told they have a 3 step process that includes yard repair when done, told me the price ($399) tech called before he arrived as promised, my wife and I were both at work but on the cameras he was here for about 15 minutes, never got a follow up call from the tech regarding the next steps. I waited a couple of days and decided to call the office and they told me that they usually wait to assess if the treatment worked, and ensured me they would reach out when they would come back. 3 months go by and I get a text saying I owe $399 for the service they completed… I call the store and spoke with a nice lady named Brianna and explained this whole situation and how frustrating it is, I feel like they basically forgot about me and billed me in full. She spoke with management and called me back and they knocked $100 off. So basically I only paid $299 for absolutely nothing! I appreciate you guys for the lack of communication and highway robbery. I paid in fear you would hit my credit. Absolutely horrible experience, ended up buying traps and my own mole killer and have been fighting to keep my yard alive. Again $299 for NOTHING! Keep your money folks. Was told after they called months later that the mole treatment doesn’t always work… I feel like if I was told I’d have to pay $399 for a 1 time treatment that might work I would of walked away before being scammed.

I had Ethan out to my house and he was very professional and very knowledgeable. Super nice guy and a hard worker. I would highly recommend Ethan and Creature Control.

I’m giving Creature Control 5 stars only because there’s no option for 6! From Abigail on the phone to Dave who drove away with our live skunk, I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and friendly demeanor. Dave was able to relocate this animal - great to see such kindness in his line of work. Worth every penny!
