I could not be more pleased with my experience with Critter One and their associates. I had unwanted critters in my attic and they came same day to identify the entry points and educate me on the process. I dealt with Zach on this portion and he took the time to answer my endless questions. Gregg Bell came the next day to cover the entry points all around my house. He took the time to show me each area of the work he did and explained next steps and timing. It’s clear he’s very experienced and absolutely was professional every step of the way. It’s refreshing to deal with a person of his caliber and I appreciate it. I highly recommend Critter One.

Jeff and Gregg were showed up right on time and did such a great job in our home. They answered all of our questions and explained the squirrel removal process very thoroughly. Everyone we’ve come across at Critter One has been nothing but kind and helpful, including Zach who originally came out to provide us with a quote. We would highly recommend Critter One!

Service has been excellent. Team of Jeff and Greg sealed the house and explained the process. Jeff returned to reset the traps and did a thorough inspection to look for any new activity. Robert checked in after 3 days and was very professional. He reset traps to see if we could catch anything additional. A few steps to go - but team has been great getting us this far. Jeff and Greg did a final review and made sure no access remained. Will use this company again and definitely recommend.

Called on a Sunday afternoon after noticing bat activity. Jake was out Monday walking the property and Jeff was out Tuesday taking care of the issues. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Great service! I highly recommend Critter One HTX.

These guys did an awesome job. They were very responsive Jeff Came out and placed the trap, knew where he needed to set it , caught the armadillo the next warning Gregg came out and retrieved him. Both Greg and Geoff were great to deal with very considerate. Thank you for your expertise.

08/12/2025... Follow-up: Was hearing more noises in my attic, so had Critter One come back out and do an inspection. They found new chewed in holes on the back of my house and repaired them, creating a one-way door for the new visitors. They caught two raccoons the same night and solved the problem!!! Thank you Jeff, Greg and Robert!!! Being a Media professional, I decided to make a video of my experience. Critter One did not ask me to do this. I was so happy with my results, I wanted to share it with everyone!!! ***See Video Part 1 and 2*** Google reviews only allow :30 video clips. Greg from Critter One came out this morning and did a great job with squirrel control. This is a great professional company with great employees. Highly recommended!!!

Jake came out and did a nice a finding the problem and making a plan on the same day I called. Jeff and Greg came out to do the work less than two days later. They did the great job and were fast, as well. Hoping to be rid of rodents soon!
