I highly recommend Critter Removal for your unwanted guest removal. This is our second experience using them and each time Michale has been amazing from start to finish. Our most recent experience was removing Mama raccoon and her 5 babies. The process of locating mom and babies was extremely tricky. I could hear the babies crying but initially we could not pin point exactly where . Michael is extremely knowledgeable and kept us informed on the best approach. This involved trail cams at the entry point, one way doors and extraction plan which led to successfully removing the babies and mama taking them away. It turns out she had them inside my office wall which she gained access to through a portion of our attic that was not accessible by humans. Over the course of several days Michael reached out to me for updates, told us what he was seeing on the trail cams and providing next steps. Thank you Michael and Critter Removal .

I highly recommend Critter Removal Indianapolis, A++! Michael, the pest control technician was very professional and helpful, he did such a great job getting the squirrels out of my attic. Michael came over on a days notice to walk me through and explained what he did after the job was completed, he had pictures of the work he had done to my house still on his mobile phone to show me, I asked him to show me the gutter aprons, he noticed after climbing up a ladder to the gutters that the gutter aprons that he had installed previously had been removed by the gutter contractors I had hired to install gutter guards the week before, he mentions to me that he fell terrible about what they did and said he would take the charge off the bill since they weren't installed anymore to my surprise! I was really impressed with this company, they could of kept the charges on the bill, but decided they would take the charge off! Thanks Michael for really making me feel like a valued customer! I hired CRI to help with a raccoon family that was living in my floor boards this spring. I found them to be very professional and quick to respond to inquiries. Communication was easy and I found that they answered my questions well and educated me thoroughly on the process. They included the removal and house repair in the price, whereas another company I had looked at just offered a weekly trapping fee (no motivation to get the job done fast there!). I feel like they offered a long-term solution. Overall, I felt that this company is easy to work with, communicates well, knows what they were doing, performs the job ethically, and is just reasonable in how they do business. I would look at them again for other pest issues.

Red squirrels found in the attic of our new home. Came out fast to eradicate and clean, and returned a few weeks after moving in given reoccurrence and took care of trapping, removing, and prevention. Zack did a great job!

we had raccoons eating all our bird feed. we tried to chase them away but it didn't work. we were afraid they would get into the attic so we needed to do something. took about a week but they caught 2 and we haven't had any more

We had squirrels in our attic-they’d wake me up in the morning scratching and running around. I filled out the online form and the next day Zack was out. He installed squirrel doors and closed up spots. Even when the squirrels were still there he came back a second time and found another hidden hole and fixed that one too, at no additional cost! He was easy to communicate with and responsive. The company was kind and answered questions quickly. I will use them again anytime I have a critter issue and would recommend them highly.

Yes i have to leave this very positive review for this Company. Mike was very professional and kind. Knew his job very well and went over and beyond his assignment to make sure my mom’s house was protected and secured after animals invaded her attic. It was well worth the cost of the removal and repairs to the roof to make sure my elderly mom was safe. You can trust the company to do the work and make sure you address all concerns first them to address.

I contacted Critter Removal to remove a live bat that got into my duct work. Brandon came out and accessed the situation, found the bat and set it free. Was very impressed with him and the company and will recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.

Critter Removal Indianapolis came out to our house to address a mice issue and to possibly relocate a chipmunk. Martin was our technician. Every step of the whole process was done with honesty, integrity and efficiency...from the first phone call to the resolution of the issue. There was an incident while trying to catch the chipmunk and a baby skunk got in the trap. I was a bit emotional about it since it was a very hot day and the office was kind and helpful during the whole thing. I have since decided to let the chipmunk stay and have named him ChipChip the Indomitable. I wrongly accused him of being a menace when it was the mice the whole time. This whole experience was lovely despite it being about rodent removal. I would 100 percent call these fine folks again and am very pleased with Martin's professionalism and results. I highly recommend.
