I originally called for help with a carpenter ant issue but ended up going with the Spring package, which also covered spiders and bees. Our technician, Leon, was fantastic—very polite, knowledgeable, and easygoing. The customer service reps were also a pleasure to work with—friendly, helpful, and understanding. Overall, a great experience! We’ll definitely be signing up for the Spring package every year from now on.

We get bee prevention and mosquito treatment every year from Critter Ridders, not sure exactly how many years, but definitely more than 5 years. We've only had to call them for 1 sneaky bees nest. But they came out, calmed me down (severely allergic to bees), and took care of it immediately! I love them, and will be continuing to use their service!

I called Tuesday morning and received a scheduled appt for Friday of the same week. Not only did they act fast, Steve made sure to double check after the treatment if the hornets were gone. He even was able to remove the nest from the shed completely.

Eric was very knowledgeable. Its been 4 weeks since he sprayed the house. They have great customer service over all. I am definitely getting it done every year. Its totally worth it.
