Decent enough of a company. I do however think they don’t have their customers best interest in mind. We had general pest control which included spraying the yard for bugs. They showed up on a day with a little mist precipitation and just checked on the house and said they removed some spider webs which there were a bunch still left. They said they didn’t spray for bugs due to the wetness. Not a huge deal breaker but it would be more realistic to hold off for the day and reschedule or charge accordingly for less service. I’m a business owner too and I understand there are schedules to keep but it seems like there’s some flexibility to maintain some relationships with your customers being missed. I figured I’d take a break since the salesman that came to offer the service said there was no issues canceling if we didn’t need the service eventually. He explained that we would just need to cancel then they’d do one last months charge and service. When I called they informed me of a $100 cancellation fee. It’s my bad that I didn’t see it clearly on the contract on the last page but I didn’t really look for it since the salesman was so cool about the info. It is what it is. Decent service for the price but I think they’re more in it for themselves than keeping long term relations going.

I had a great experience with Cura Pest Control! The technician (victor ) did an outstanding job ,he was extremely thorough and detailed. He removed all the spider webs from around the house, including the doors, windows, garage, patio, and even the trash bins and patio furniture. He carefully treated the entire exterior for ants, spiders, earwigs, and other pests, and also did interior treatments on all three floors to target any activity inside. Everything was done neatly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. I really appreciate how much care was put into the service. This was by far one of the best pest control experiences I’ve had, and I would highly recommend Cura to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

If I can give 10 stars I would. Guy assisted me with a very good plan and price ! For my 3200 sqft home. No strings attached and excellent service and most important Very knowledgeable !

These guys are very professional. I've been usingbtheir service for about six months now. They are easy to contact and very prompt. The technician sprayed inside and out, removed spider webs, and checked and replaced a mosquito trap left on a previous visit. We have fruit trees and grow vegetables and the tech was very careful not to spray around those. Highly recommended!

The service was outstanding. The individuals that serviced my home were efficient and worked diligently. After completing what was explained and written down on the contract by the salesman prior to this visit, and then the service techs on the appointment day, the tech came back to tell me everything had been completed and if there were any issues. I really appreciated that extra information in case something went awry.

Very impressed with the work done by Joshua L. My main focus was outside spider eradication, but Joshua found ants in my shed and took care of them also. He took care to explain to me the work to be done today, and also time frames for follow-up work. Addendum: The next day I walked around my property just to check on the bug situation. Besides what I wrote previously, I noticed that ALL the egg cases, spider webs, etc. were cleaned from around the house and the shed. Wow. Very impressive.

Derek, the technician who did the inspection, was super friendly, fast on his assessment, and suggested a long term solution to our problem. Juan, the technician who did the treatment, is the best! Very knowledgeable and respectful. He was super quick but thorough. Made an excellent job applying Boracare to our exposed subfloors and beams. Also Tina, at customer care, is amazing! She helped me book a solution fast for this termite emergency, and answered all my questions. So far, we are very pleased with Cura!

Cura has been great and so professional. We had our first low mosquito rate summer this year in over 6yrs! With a pool in Rossmoor, it’s almost unheard of. It’s also been a delight to not deal with daily spider webs across walking paths during “spider season.” I highly recommend this team and their services!

It was the first time we had Juan come over to perform our service. What a great young man , He really took his time and showed me exactly what he was doing . He has a great attention to detail. Our previous company, I won’t mention their name but would literally come by and spend 15 minutes doing the whole exterior of our house . We will definitely stay with Cura .
