We had our first treatment today. John explained everything and listened when I told him areas that had issues. I've met John, Doug & Jen and all of them made me think when 3 out of 3 employees from different areas are pleasant, knowledgeable and followed thru this is a company that invests in good people and cares about providing good service. Thank you.

I'm a little disappointed that I pay $318 to renew only to not have all the traps checked. I found three in my back yard that were clearly not checked based on the fact that 2 were still covered with some dirt and one had the top completely off with debris laying all around it and inside. See photos attached.

Been using D-Bug for 1 summer now and can say they provide great service, and effective. I have the seasonal guard and can for sure tell the difference since being sprayed. No stink bugs, no ants, no spiders, etc. Recently had a ground bee nest in the mulch and they came out the next day and took care of it. The team working for them are all very friendly. I will be a repeat customer

Justin called to let me know he was available earlier than scheduled which was great! He was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He advised us of the process and what he was using to get rid of the wasps. He had everything taken care of in about 15 mins! We are happy to be rid of the wasps!

Shawn did a great job for us this year. He was cautious of the native flower gardens but took the time to make sure everything was treated but more importantly treated correctly. He spent few minutes to discuss some concerns I had over a few areas and offered me suggestions on best practices. We’ve had several lawn care companies take care of our lawn over the last couple of years. We will continue with D-Bug and Shawn as they have been great to work with and offer knowledgeable solutions. You can tell Shawn loves what he does and wants to help customers have the best lawn possible. If you’re considering a lawn service D-Bug should be on your list for consideration.

Justin was so cordial and understanding to my husband given the circumstances of the visit! He was very thorough and attentive to our needs! Very pleased. Justin W. took the time to explain what he was doing, even though I was his last appointment for the day and others would have been in a hurry to get home. He took the time to identify where the bees were getting in did a thorough job. Two days in and the bees are no longer swarming the soffit and getting into the bedroom. I would highly recommend.

D-bug in Johnstown is an excellent company, very knowledgeable and efficient staff. Easy to get an appointment and the technician Adam kept us informed of the appointment with reminders and a heads up as to his arrival. Adam was courteous , very helpful and did a very professional service . Highly recommend this company.
