Brian Townsend was awesome! Super professional, on time, and took care of the problem fast. You can tell he knows his stuff. If you need pest control done right, he’s your guy!

GREAT SERVICE! Mr.Terry is an amazing technician. He’s very knowledgeable and super informative. He states what’s he’s going to do and explains everything! He’s great at give suggestions and makes sure you know what to do moving forward. If i could request him for every service, i would!

Jeremy serviced our apartment for bugs/ant issue, and he first started by explaining the process, where he would spray etc. He also shared that the spray was kid friendly. I liked that he was very thorough, moving the fridge and stove forward to spray in those hard to reach/active areas. Highly recommend their services.

I have been living at the Dunes for 3 months now and have not seen one pest control insight. I was gone to ask my management do we have to pay our own service, but Jeremy Terry came through today and I got my first inspection. He was absolutely great. sprayed everywhere, also had some concerns and he solved them fast. Hope to see him again in two weeks.

Dave's was able to help my family out on an emergency basis, when even my long-time pest service company was not (their idea of helping out on an emergency basis was to send someone "later in the week"). Dave's rep, Cory, was extremely knowledgeable and was able to efficiently and quickly identify things that I need to address in relation to my home and yard (i.e. vent screens that need to be replaced, vegetation that is attractive to different types of vermin and small repairs to be made to my patio roof/soffit). Further, he went way above an beyond to help with with issues other than the one he was originally asked to assess. Way to go Dave's and way to go Cory! Couldn't have asked for anyone better and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking a professional pest service company in Central Florida.

I was having so many issues with all these little pests in my new apartment and it was driving me crazy! I called Dave’s Pest Control and the very next day they sent Brian Townsend to my apartment. I told him everything I had been seeing and dealing with and he asked me some follow up questions while walking through my place, I assume to verify what he thought the pests might be and what chemicals he needed to use. Brian came out for an inspection and was very thorough and honest with his assessment. He offered advice and discussed the work to come following his inspection that really put me at ease.
