This is my first experience with Dave’s pest control, but it will not be my last! Owen came out for our first appointment and did an awesome job. He was very informative and took the time to show me the few concerns around our house (inside and out) Thank you so much.

Erin is always so friendly and personable! We are thrilled that she is our tech! She is always on time or a little early and if something comes up, she always lets us know!

When I was looking for a new pest control company and I came across the reviews for Dave’s pest control, Orlando’s name kept coming up. I was thrilled to hear that he would be our technician and he has not disappointed. Very happy with Dave’s and especially with Orlando.

I started using Dave's Pest Control about 4 months ago and I have to say I'm over the moon with the service. My technician Pedro is awesome, friendly and listens to any concern I've had. I'm so glad I found them.

So I've been having a problem with mice or rats in my home and needed help so I called Dave's pest control and I'm glad I did. From the start very respectful and very honest about the process, reasonable price that fit my budget and I schedule an appointment for a technician. William came to my home and he was very professional, knowledgeable, very friendly and honest. He also was very respectful to my home with great care. I highly recommend this company and I'm very glad to have given my business.

My technician, Mike, is outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable about different types of lawn pests and always provides great advice on general lawn care. He is courteous and respectful of my property, and I feel very comfortable recommending Dave's Pest knowing that he is the neighborhood technician. Mike goes above and beyond, and I haven't had a single pest issue since he started servicing my home. Mike provides true 5-star service!

I had an excellent experience with Dave's Pest Control. The technician, Pedro Mendez, was very thorough and exceptional. His professionalism and patience, when explaining the treatment process, truly impressed me. He is definitely a great asset to the company and deserves two- 5 stars. One for the first follow-up as a new client a few weeks ago and for today's second follow-up. Absolutely awesome !

I would like to give Dave's Pest Control a review about their service, but they will not respond to me or give me any sort of communication whatsoever. I work for a school and we called them out to give us a quote for our field. While they were here, we asked if they would quote us for doing pest control on our campus as well. That was on Oct. 17th and we heard nothing from them for almost 2 weeks. Last week I called on Thursday morning and they said that they would ask the technician and call me back. They did not call me back that day. I reached back out and they tried to do the same thing. They kept me on hold for awhile and then told me that they would send that quote out that day or the next day. Still did not receive anything. I emailed them on Monday, and have heard nothing. If they don't want to do the service, I am completely fine with that. I understand that not every company is a good fit for everything, but to leave me hanging for 2 weeks with no update or not doing what they said they would; that is unprofessional and not very courteous. At this point, even if they send the quote, this kind of communication is what I expect and I will not be going with them. I hope they can fix this issue in the future.

Pedro was thorough, professional, informative, and nice. I appreciate that he took the time out to make sure my issues would be covered and I would not have issues in the future. People generally just want to do their job and leave, but he took the time to make sure everything was good.
