Five stars well-earned! The pest expert who visited us (Larry) could not have been more professional, honest, or pleasant in assessing our situation and recommending a remediation plan. (A sharp contrast, BTW, from a competitor who wanted to charge hundreds of dollars for a solution before they'd even visited our property, and then didn't even show up at the arranged appointment.) Dewey Pest Control will be the first and likely own call I make the next time we have unwelcome visitors take up residence in our home!

I have had a business account for several months with them and they started out great. A few month into the service I caught the tech writing fake check sheets. I caught him specifically because I have 46 cameras recording every angle and there were 6 times that the sheet said he was here providing service, but the cameras told differently. They stopped my service (without saying anything) and I called them on it. I even went over my video footage with the tech to prove it was a lie. I was eventially able to get them to refund me the money. They agreed to restart the service in January. After missing the first week of service they said they were here on the 10th and I found out that it was another falsified check sheet. In short do not do business with Dewey Pest control. I don't know if it is just a few bad techs or all but if they are getting away with writing fake worksheets and billing their customers for work that was never done I wouldn't trust any one of them. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Unresponsive, called multiple times to clarify work to be done with Larry who doesn't respond to emails

Dewey places bugs in units to make money eradicating those bugs they placed. They also broke both toilets and sabotaged us in other ways. We bought cans of bug spray after they left and now the bugs are gone. Wish we hadn't hired them. Dewey is.very unprofessional. They'll try to get even for having posted this review.

The techs were so helpful solving all of my pest issues

Honestly these guys are the best in the city! They were incredibly informative and so fast! They came out to two of our properties within 24 hours for remediation and also provided options for long term solutions. They showed up on time, were extremely courteous and respectful to my tenants, and even debriefed my CEO and I personally after their visits. 11/10 highly recommend.
