Bob Durelle, has helped my father and my family for various pest control needs over the years. He is very fast, and REALLY knows his business. We have really appreciated his help. Recently, after city construction, we found many big holes under our sheds. After seeing a number of rats and raccoons, we knew this was a job for an expert. So very happy with the service. The owner and son just left. Came same day I called about my wasp nest which was under my pool deck in a tight area. I could see the wasps coming and going between the cracks in the boards but couldn't see the nest without crawling under - time to call in the experts! He suited up in protective gear and crawled under with the spray. Don't see any more wasps and I'm so happy to be able to access my pool again without worrying about getting swarmed. Bob has been a pleasure to deal with since the first phone call. Called him up on a sunday and he was able to come to out to my house on that Tuesday. The other "big" companies in town where 2 weeks out and I dealt with a call center not even in the same province. Unfortunately when you are dealing with pest control and the best these big corporations can do is 2 weeks out is unrealistic and unacceptable. Bob was super thorough on all of his visits and he followed up a couple days later to see the progress. So glad I dealt with a local company and you can tell Bob is super passionate about his profession. He educated me on a couple of topics and things to look out for.
